Lincoln family is seeking a flexible part-time nanny  for their family. Three kiddos — 5G, 3G, and newborn baby girl. Newborn will be approximately 3months at time of care.

 

Ideal candidate would offer a flexible weekly schedule to accommodate the families changing schedule per nursing work schedule. 6:15AM to 4:15PM on days needed, two to three days a week. Family will provide candidate with schedule THREE months in advance or as soon as they are presented their work schedules. 

 

Oldest daughter goes to school and would require before and after school transportation. The elementary school is three blocks from the home — a quick walk or short drive is needed. Youngest two daughters will be home all day with candidate. Household tasks (laundry, dishes, tidying got home, etc) would be a perk when kiddos are napping, but not necessarily required. 

 

Ideal candidate is someone that is honest, respectful, nurturing, attentive, and engaging. The kiddos love to be outside, playing with crafts and creative play, as well as learning / educational activities. Minimal to no screen time. Someone that is great with communication is a must! CPR certification with an infant emphasis required (willing to help obtain!), reliable transportation, valid licenses, and infant experience. 

 

The family is looking at a late May / early June start date pending maternity leave. Ideally the candidate would be able to offer flexible hours periodically prior to start date to get acquainted with oldest two girls while allowing the family to ruin errands, attend appointments, etc. Offering a competitive benefits and hourly rate $18 to $20+ dependent on experience and education.
