$150 deposit is due prior to meeting with any nanny candidates. This $150 deposit will be applied to final service total as a credit. All fees are one-time fees and are all due on or before your nanny candidate’s 1st day. No monthly fees. Payment plans are available if needed. All packages include the following listed below!

Optional contracts

Contracts don’t always have to be scary! No fees to exit contract. Additional added security for everyone!

All contracts outline a full job description, length of obligatory employment, sick and vacation time notices, paid and/or unpaid holidays outlined, and hourly rate / benefits offered. Fees included in placement price for no additional charge.

Service protection guarantee

90-day Service Protection Guarantee is offered with all of our packages. Additional time can be purchased for additional protection and cost if family chooses to do so.

Service Protection Guarantee is intended to help protect families in the scenario that their nanny was to get ill, quit with or without notice, or was unable to continue for some reason, in which a new nanny was needed. If this happens within the 90-day period we guarantee that we will find the family a new nanny with no additional fees.

Background / Motor Vehicle checks

Background Check & Motor Vehicle Reports are performed by Checkr, the trusted site for many large commercial businesses including Care.com, DoorDash, Angi, Netflix and more!

All background checks will include: SSN Trace, Sex Offender Search, Global Watchlist Search, National Criminal Search, County Criminal Search, and Motor Vehicle Report.

Goldenrod Nanny Agency also has the ability to process drug screenings. This is optional and would be at an additional cost of the family.

Additional services

Payroll site recommendations and assistance, medication log & release form, as well as on-going support throughout the whole process!

Our help doesn’t end the day your nanny starts, it is on-going. We are here to help answer any and all questions you might have, and assist in any way we can.
